Our focus is on exemplary Service. Our Service and Maintenance division handles all our products supplied to corporate customers via service contracts. Different customers require a different level of service, products and all-round account management all of which Stanley provides. All clients are on a full maintenance agreement where specific resources are allocated to the client to ensure defined response times. Our maintenance contracts are negotiated, to enable us to meet the specific requirements of our clients.

Stanley SA has its own team of service engineers around the country with a main base in our Johannesburg office. We have more than 80 engineers servicing our customer base in Southern Africa. A National Callcentre ensures full control of all client calls as well as being able to give full reporting on a weekly / monthly basis.
